Meet Lauren
While teaching on the west side of Chicago, Lauren Daniels-Judge saw the need for local food systems to address the food access inequities within U.S. cities. After transitioning careers to learn how to equip neighborhoods to grow their own food, Lauren began leading community garden developments and consultations for government and nonprofit agriculture production. Lauren now works at ECHO North America Impact Center as Propagation Manager and is currently completing a Master’s in Sustainable Food Systems from Prescott College.
